1.  First, we sign a service contract with your company & office on

     providing HR outsourcing service

 

2.  Then, we sign labor contact with each of your Chinese employee.

 

3.  Each month we will calculate the total payment and send you a

     payment notice regarding employee's social insurance and related fees. You pay the amount to us in time.

 

4.  We will take charge of the employment and dismission formalities of your employees in accordance with Chinese labor laws as well as agreements in our service contract when we receive your written notice. If there is any labor dispute between you and your employees, we’ll offer support and suggestions for you. We can also offer consulting service regarding all the issues of human resources.
